Direct Sales Associate

Job Description: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Direct Sales Associate to join our team! If you're passionate about Trading Card Games (TCGs), Role-Playing Games (RPGs), or Tabletop Miniature Games, and enjoy helping others discover and enjoy these hobbies, we'd love to hear from you. 

As a Direct Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our store — assisting customers, recommending products, ringing up purchases, managing stock, and helping host in-store events and demos. This position is perfect for someone who’s community-minded, outgoing, and ready to share their love of gaming with others. 

Responsibilities: 

● Greet and assist customers with purchases and product recommendations ● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail space 

● Process transactions accurately using the POS system 

● Share knowledge of TCGs, RPGs, and miniature games to help customers find what they need 

● Support events including game nights, tournaments, and hobby workshops ● Assist with inventory, restocking, and product displays 

● Help build and maintain a fun and inclusive community atmosphere

Requirements: 

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn 

● Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed 

● Basic knowledge of TCGs, RPGs, and/or tabletop miniatures (training available)

● Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
