STORE POLICIES

We have a 14 day return or exchange policy on any new in box product. There are no returns or exchanges on any card singles, open box product, special orders, or clearance product.

A 4% restocking fee will be assessed to orders that are returned and refunded to method of payment. This does not apply for returns that are conducted under product exchanges.

All prepaid PREORDERS are guaranteed. Any and all UNPAID holds will be held through a 48 hour period dependent upon availability. If the product still remains unpaid after 48 hours it will be released into our inventory.

Submitted buylist cards are subject to further inspection by staff and can be taken in at a differing rate than displayed on our website as improper condition could have been keyed, overage of the particular item, market manipulation, and always due to further inspection of product upon in-person conditioning. The buylist is used as a referencing guide that will reflect a similar in-store credit amount. Once you submit your buylist, that buylist must be brought in-store within 24 hours, otherwise they will be declined.

1. Does store credit apply in conjunction with discounts?

No it does not, store credit is a form of payment

2. Can i receive product before release date?

no, we do not authorize and prohibit any breaking of street date releases for products

3. Where are your events located?

We host all of our events in-house and they can be found on our website under "events" at the top of the page. Some are free dedicated themed gaming nights. Others are paid entry with a tournament cost & payout.

4. Do we buy / sell / trade?

We do buy card singles for CA$H and credit ranging from the following popular tcg's:
Magic the Gathering
Pokemon
Star Wars Unlimited
Digimon
Lorcana


We also purchase used miniatures for Warhammer!

5. Are you allowed to have outside food and drink?

Yes we allow outside food and drink, we also offer a wide variety of Pepsi products so should you choose. We just ask that you are polite with our space and clean up after yourself.

6. PAYING FOR TABLE SPACE?

NEVER! We do not charge customers to come play at our store. We encourage our gamers to come explore the space, partake in our community, and establish lifelong friends.

7. venue rental

we do offer the ability for a group or organization to rent our venue space for a deposit and overall cost. please e-mail us with details of your organization, group or event type at:

8. Will you guys hold products?

We do NOT holds on tcg card singles. we will hold any ordered or unpaid new in box products for 48 hours. i

9. Can you order in items?

yes! we can special order items in, you will still receive any earned customer discounts as well.

10. Do we sell video games?

no we do not sell any video games or video game accessories
