Shipping policy

The Warp Gate remains non-responsible for damages caused in-between shipping from store front location to your desired shipping location.  We will inspect on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to approve or deny any return or refund regarding potential damage cause by shipping or shipping hazard.

If questions regarding the results of your product, please contact your local postal service as all orders over $75 and any priority shipped items will come with a minimum of $50 of insurance from the United States postal service and can be redeemed through them as such.  In order to claim that refund from the United States Postal Service as well. 


Purchases of $200 or more will always be sent with signature confirmation. Items that are sent with signature confirmation are confirmed to be delivered once signed for. The Warp Gate remains not responsible for such orders as well.
