Refund policy

We have a 14 day return or exchange policy on any new in box product. There are no returns or exchanges on ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: card singles, open box product, special orders, or clearance product.  Please ensure that your contents are there before leaving the store.

A 4 % restocking fee will be assessed to orders that are returned and refunded to method of payment.
...This DOES NOT apply for returns that are conducted under product exchanges.
This does, however, include right to withhold amounts for customer violation of stated policy regarding limitations on product if deemed abused....
